1. Introduction
Welcome to Ventoryxa. Ventoryxa offers an inventory & catalog platform at ventoryxa.com. Our headquarters are located at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Business ID: 306218471.
2. Services
Ventoryxa provides hosted inventory management, catalog listing, analytics dashboard, and related support services (collectively “Services”). Use of Services requires a valid subscription and adherence to these terms.
3. Digital Products
We offer documentation packages, training materials, and user guides as digital downloads (collectively “Digital Products”). Access is delivered electronically upon completion of payment.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods such as printed guides, storage devices, or hardware components (collectively “Goods”) are sold through our platform. Delivery is arranged via third-party carriers.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services, Digital Products, and Goods are listed on Ventoryxa. All charges are due upon purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods as indicated at checkout.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Services
Subscription-based Services can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. Eligible refund requests for unused portions will be processed within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request a transfer of remaining access to another account holder. Certain custom implementation projects are non-refundable due to resource allocation; these are noted in project proposals.
6.2. Digital Products
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of electronic delivery. The product must not have been fully downloaded or accessed. Approved requests will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6.3. Goods
Requests for refunds on Goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. Once received and inspected, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ventoryxa’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the use of Services, Digital Products, or Goods is limited to the amount paid within the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes will be resolved in Toronto courts.
